Terms of Use ー 利用規約
本サイト「AssetsBox」（以下「当サイト」といいます）は、河合彩花（以下「運営者」といいます）が提供するデザイン素材配布サービスです。
当サイトに掲載されているすべての素材（画像・データ・テキスト等）の利用にあたっては、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms of Use (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern the use of design materials provided on the website AssetsBox (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by Ayaka Kawai (hereinafter “the Operator”).
By downloading or using any material from this Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
第1条（著作権）
当サイトで配布する素材の著作権は、すべて運営者に帰属します。
著作権の放棄は行っていません。
利用者は、本規約の範囲内で非独占的に素材を利用することができます。
第2条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 素材そのものを第三者へ再配布、販売、譲渡する行為
- 素材を自作素材・自社制作物として偽る行為
- 公序良俗に反する、または法令に違反する用途での利用
- 性的・暴力的・差別的・誹謗中傷的なコンテンツへの利用
- その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第3条（利用範囲）
- 当サイトの素材は、商用・非商用を問わず利用可能です。
- 動画・広告・ウェブサイト・印刷物など、作品の一部として組み込む形でご使用いただけます。
- 素材の加工（サイズ変更・色変更・トリミング等）は自由です。ただし、加工後も再配布は禁止とします。
第4条（免責事項）
- 運営者は、素材の利用・ダウンロード・使用によって発生したいかなる損害についても、一切の責任を負いません。
- 素材の利用は、利用者自身の責任において行うものとします。
- 素材の内容や仕様は、予告なく変更または削除される場合があります。
第5条（準拠法および合意管轄）
本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠します。
本規約または当サイトに関連して生じた紛争については、神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第6条（規約の変更）
運営者は、利用者への事前通知なしに本規約を変更できるものとします。
変更後の規約は、当サイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
細則・改正
2025年（令和7年）11月1日制定Article 1 (Copyright)
All materials available on the Site are the intellectual property of the Operator.
Copyright is not waived.
Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials within the scope defined in these Terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Redistributing, selling, or transferring the materials, whether in original or modified form, to any third party
- Misrepresenting the materials as their own or as their original creations
- Using the materials for purposes contrary to public order and morality, or in violation of laws and regulations
- Using the materials in pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content
- Any other acts that the Operator deems inappropriate
Article 3 (Scope of Use)
- The materials on the Site may be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
- They may be used as part of videos, advertisements, websites, printed materials, or other derivative works.
- Users are free to edit or process the materials (resize, recolor, crop, etc.), but redistribution after modification remains prohibited.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or problems arising from the use, download, or application of the materials.
- The use of the materials shall be entirely at the responsibility of the user.
- The Operator may modify or remove any materials from the Site without prior notice.
Article 5 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Kobe District Court as the court of first instance having exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 6 (Amendment of the Terms)
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Site.
